Randstad embarked on a global transformation, uniting 77 fragmented brands across 39 markets and 1,600 agencies into one agile, scalable brand system with four specializations.
As a designer within the Content Factory, I helped translate this new global brand strategy into consistent, market-ready assets that balanced global alignment with local relevance. Together, we produced over 3,500 deliverables, from social and digital to video and OOH, all aligned with the “Together We Grow” platform.
